Undo a recent purchase

Use this form to undo an eligible recent online purchase during the applicable cooling-off period. You do not need to tell us why.

For an eligible consumer purchase, the standard period is 14 days from the initial contract—not 14 days after every subscription renewal. Signal Loom refunds eligible withdrawals in full during this launch period.

Submitting records the date and time immediately and sends a confirmation to your account email. It does not automatically approve a refund outside the applicable period. To stop future renewals instead, return to Plans and use Manage billing.
