Who we are

Signal Loom is a store-analysis service for Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT) sellers, operated from the Netherlands. Signal Loom is not affiliated with TPT. It is used both by sellers working on their own store and by virtual assistants and agencies running a separate workspace for each client store they support. Signal Loom is responsible for account and service-operation data. For client-workspace data, the seller and VA decide the purpose and permitted use, and Signal Loom processes that data to provide the service. The precise controller and processor roles between a seller and VA depend on their own working arrangement.

Information we use

Account and profile details: your name, email address, TPT store URL, and the store information you choose to add.
Support messages: the message and email address you choose to send through the Get in touch form. When you are signed in, the guided form also includes the Signal Loom page you were on, but never store, client, upload, or analysis data.
Store exports: the TPT CSV files uploaded into a workspace, and the analysis created from them. These come either from your own seller account or, in a VA workspace, from the seller who was sent a secure upload link.
Your saved work: snapshots, Action Log entries, and account preferences.
Public listing details you choose to review: when you use Pro or Premium page-level features, Signal Loom can use details from the public TPT product pages you open, such as listing text and other public listing information.
Extension setup record: if you set up the browser extension Signal Loom for TPT, we record that acknowledgement and the extension version for your account.

How the browser extension works

The browser extension Signal Loom for TPT works only when you start a capture or review from Signal Loom. It uses open-tab information to find the public TPT product pages needed for that action. It does not use your TPT login details or access private seller-dashboard information. You can remove or disable the extension at any time; the related page-level features will then be unavailable until it is enabled again.

Premium Visual Signals

If you choose a Premium Visual Signals review, Signal Loom uses the selected public listing material to create that review. This can include the listing description and the public cover and preview material needed for the review.

Client workspaces and seller-provided data

Some Signal Loom accounts are run by a virtual assistant or agency on behalf of TPT sellers. The VA creates a separate client workspace for each store they support.

When a VA needs store data, they send the seller a secure, one-time upload link naming the exact TPT exports they are asking for. The seller uploads those files directly and does not need a Signal Loom account. The VA is responsible for having the seller's permission to request and process those exports, and confirms this before the link is created.

The requested exports contain store-level performance information. They do not contain buyer names or contact lists. The upload page cannot display store analysis, other clients, or any account information.

Files sent this way go only into the single client workspace named on the upload page. They are available only to users authorized for that workspace and to service providers needed to operate Signal Loom. They are kept while that client workspace is retained, including while it is archived. Permanently deleting an archived client removes its files and analysis from the active service. Backup copies expire under our backup schedule, currently within seven days.

If you are a seller and want to know what is held for your store or ask for it to be deleted, contact your VA, or contact us at support@graphene-edu.com. Because the workspace belongs to the VA, we may need to confirm the request with them before acting on it.

How we use information

To provide the analysis, page-level guidance, and features you request.
To maintain your account, saved results, and subscription.
To provide support, keep the service secure, and improve its reliability.
To send essential service messages, such as account, security, billing, and service-change notices.
To send optional store-data reminders or product emails only when you choose them in Email preferences.

We do not sell store data or use it to build profiles for advertising. Store data stays in the workspace it was uploaded to. It is not shared with other Signal Loom accounts, and inside a VA workspace it is not shared between that VA's clients.

Email choices

Optional emails are off unless you choose them. You can separately choose a reminder when your store data is about a month old, and occasional seller tips, product updates, and plan offers. Every optional email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can change either choice from Email preferences at any time. Essential service messages are not marketing and may still be sent when needed to run your account or subscription.

We keep a record of your optional-email choice, including when and where it was made and the version of the preference wording, so we can respect it.

Service providers

We use carefully selected providers to run Signal Loom: Clerk for sign-in, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare R2 for storage, Google Analytics to understand site usage, Brevo to deliver service and optional email, and error-monitoring services to diagnose reliability problems. If you choose a Premium Visual Signals review, Google Gemini processes the selected public listing material needed for that review. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us. The Data Processing Addendum explains the providers that may process VA client-workspace data.

Storage and retention

We keep account information and saved Signal Loom work while your account is active. We keep uploaded exports and saved results so the service can work as expected. To ask us to permanently delete your account and associated store data, email support@graphene-edu.com from the address connected to your account. Cancelling a subscription does not by itself delete your saved work.

We confirm a deletion request before acting. We then remove your store files and saved work from the active service and close the related sign-in account. We may retain limited billing or operational records where we need to do so by law or to protect the service. Backup copies expire under our backup schedule, currently within seven days.

Signal Loom's application and database run on a server in the European Union. Uploaded exports and saved analysis are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage configured with Cloudflare's Western Europe location hint. Cloudflare describes location hints as a best-effort placement rather than a data-residency guarantee. Cloudflare is a United States company, and some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area under their own safeguards and contractual arrangements.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can also remove the browser extension at any time. To make a request, contact us at support@graphene-edu.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Cookies and changes

Signal Loom uses essential sign-in cookies from Clerk and analytics cookies from Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. We do not use advertising cookies. We may update this policy as the service changes; material updates will be communicated to registered users.
