The service

Signal Loom helps Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT) sellers understand their own store data and decide what to try next. It is not affiliated with TPT. Signal Loom provides guidance, not guarantees about sales, search placement, or commercial outcomes.

Your account and data

• You must be at least 18 years old and keep your account credentials secure.
• You may upload only data and use only public product pages that you have the right to use, normally from your own TPT store.
• You keep ownership of your content and data. You give Signal Loom a limited permission to process them solely to provide and maintain the service for you.

Signal Loom for TPT

Pro and Premium features may use the browser extension Signal Loom for TPT to read the public TPT product pages you choose to review. Use it only with public pages you are entitled to review. Do not use the extension or Signal Loom to access private TPT information, another seller's account, or information that is not intended to be public.

Plans and billing

• Signal Loom offers Free, Pro, and Premium plans. The features available on each plan are described on the Plans page.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. During private beta, test-mode offers may be available and no real charge is made where Stripe clearly identifies the payment as test mode.
• When live billing is available, pricing and renewal terms shown at checkout apply. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the period already paid for.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

AI guidance

Premium Visual Signals uses AI to offer practical ideas about selected listings. AI guidance can be incomplete or mistaken and should be treated as a helpful starting point for your own judgment, not as a definitive assessment or professional advice.

Fair use and availability

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to bypass its limits or security. We may suspend or end access where necessary to protect the service or address a violation. We aim to keep Signal Loom available, but it is provided as-is and may occasionally be unavailable.

Liability and changes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal Loom's total liability for a claim arising from use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before that claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. We may update these terms with reasonable notice.
